E-invoicing, without changing your habits.

Factur-X invoices, transmission through a certified platform, compliant archiving: we bring your invoicing into line before the deadline, in your current tools.

What we set up

The French reform changes how invoices travel between companies, not your business. Our job is to make that change invisible to you.

  • Invoices in Factur-X format

A PDF anyone can read, with the structured data inside, in the profile the reform requires.

  • Transmission through a certified platform

Your tool connected to the certified platform of your choice, for sending and receiving.

  • Receiving supplier invoices

Incoming invoices land directly in your management tool, ready to be checked and paid.

  • Compliant archiving

Invoices and their data kept and available at any time in case of an audit.

  • Link with your accounting

Export to your accountant or your accounting software, with no re-keying.

  • Integration with your software

We adapt your current invoicing tool when it allows it, or we build you a custom one.

The deadlines are set.

Receiving electronic invoices has been mandatory for all companies in France since 1 September 2026. Issuing them becomes mandatory for SMEs, small businesses and micro-enterprises on 1 September 2027.

  • E-reporting of sales to consumers and abroad follows the same calendar.
  • Factur-X stays readable by your customers, even without software.
  • Your invoice history is carried over as it is.

1 Sept.2027

Issuing becomes mandatory for SMEs, small businesses and micro-enterprises.

Large and mid-sized companies: since 1 September 2026.

Frequently asked questions

Who is concerned?
All VAT-registered companies established in France, for invoices between businesses. Receiving has been mandatory since 1 September 2026; issuing becomes mandatory on 1 September 2027 for SMEs, small businesses and micro-enterprises.
Do we need to change software?
Not necessarily. We make your current tool compliant when it allows it, or we build you one.
What is Factur-X?
A Franco-German format, the same standard as Germany's ZUGFeRD: a regular PDF that also contains the invoice data in structured form, readable by software.
What about e-reporting?
Sales to consumers and transactions with other countries must be reported to the tax authority electronically, on the same calendar. We build it into the same flow.
